SMS Communications & Consent

Messages may include hospice care coordination, appointment reminders, caregiver and patient updates, important service notifications, and occasional hospice-related informational or marketing communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving hospice care or services.


Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on care needs and engagement, but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month.

We may obtain your consent through:

  • Verbal consent provided in person or by phone

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-consent.
